A Breather
I had a rough week but had awesome help from awesome friends (you know who you are), and an insanely busy 2 weeks at work - a visit from the Canadian boss, a community event co-organised with the International Women’s Association, plus training an intern from Singapore and a new staff. I joked with my boss that “I didn’t even get to use the toilet!”. I’m a bit bummed that I’m missing out on hiking tomorrow, especially since some members of the gang are just back from New Zealand, but it sure is good to be home. We’ve got new guppies. Yay. And our sunflowers (our lil’ community gardening project) are growing great! Also, I had a craving for Jagabee at work today. Came home and wheee there was a cup of JAGABEE waiting for me, and A&W rootbeer! Awwww. I love home. I usually eat healthy the rest of the week, so I guess it’s ok. And oh, my salary is in! :D
